News Items * Lakepointe Gardens will host an ANNUAL COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE scheduled for Friday, July 11 and Saturday, July 12, 8am-3pm. * APPROVAL NEEDED: Exterior repairs (including ROOF SHINGLES), maintenance, or improvements of residential or townhome units must conform with building standards. Any deviation MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE by the Association by submitting a completed Improvement/Variance Request Form to the Property Values Committee. Approval must be given BEFORE any work begins in order to preserve the aesthetic appearance of the development and to ensure continuity of appearance. NOTE: We encourage homeowners to research contractors/companies and check their reviews to avoid possible problems. * MULCHING: Odd number years the Association will mulch the front and side yards of single family, duplex, and townhome properties. We do not mulch backyards or weed. Even number years we mulch common areas. We do not mulch residential properties on even number years. * Use of Wildflower Lake: Refer to our Rules & Regulations, Section VIII.
